A shuttle bus from/to Barcelona Airport will be organized (leaving app. 12:30 pm on Monday, Sep. 9 from the airport and 11:45 am on Friday, Sep. 13 from the hotel) - you need to sign up for the shuttle so we can take care there is enough space.

The meeting point at the airport will be located in Terminal 1 (T1). People arriving at T2 should take the transport from T2 to T1.
