The workshop starts Sunday afternoon, April 10th, and ends Friday morning, April 15th. Correspondingly, the most convenient arrival date is Sunday morning, allowing you e.g. to rent skiing equipment in downtown Zermatt if necessary, or directly proceed to the slopes. All participants will be accomodated in Hotel Kulm Gornergrat at the terminus of the Gornergratbahn (at a height of 3,100 m).
In case you need help with your luggage from Gornergrat Bahn to the Hotel, you can contact the Hotel front desk (+41 27 966 64 00 or gornergrat.kulm@zermatt.ch) and ask for assistance.

The conference fees include lodging, breakfast and dinner, and these are the numbers:
- PPES-1: 1,100 Euro for a single room
- PPES-2: 800 Euro for a double room
- PPES-3: 700 Euro for a triple room
A skipass for 6 days (sunday to friday) will additionally cost approximately 350 Euro (for exact prices check here).
