Application for Participation

The deadline to apply for the International Summer School is April 15, 2013.

To select participants fairly, we need you to:

• submit an abstract for a poster and
• send us a confidential reference letter by your present supervisor (professor/host). The reference letter should be sent by the referee (supervisor), directly to our conference secretary. The letter should not exceed a maximum of 10-15 lines, and may be transmitted by electronic mail (ascii, msword, pdf). Please arrange for these items at your earliest convenience. We must have received all necessary material no later than April 15, 2013.

Conference Fee:

• EUR 700,- (Standard accomodation, see description below.)
  
• EUR 850,- (For participants requiring a single room.)
  Please note: We have a very limited number of single rooms available, which will only be assigned for legitimate reasons.

The fee will include lodging (accommodation in shared guest apartments with shower and WC as community facilities) and half-board (breakfast, dinner) from dinner on Sunday to breakfast on Friday, a special conference dinner and outing, as well as the conference material.

This application does not yet indicate acceptance to attend the meeting. Information regarding acceptance will be sent to all applicants within two weeks after April 15, 2013. Payment information for the registration fee will be given together with the acceptance messages.
