Location

All lectures in the mornings (and the registration on Tuesday, August 19) will will take place in the Harnack House conference center of the Max Planck Society in Berlin, in the immediate vicinity of the Fritz Haber Institute.

The HandsOn discussions in the afternoons will be held in Building M of Fritz Haber Institute.

The Harnack House and the Fritz Haber Institute are located in the university and research area of Berlin-Dahlem, home also to the Free University of Berlin and several other research institutes. Set in a neighborhood of parks and villas, the venue is reached conveniently via the U-Bahn station "Thielplatz", approx. 30-45 min. away from the (various) city centres of Berlin, and approx. 45-60 min. away from Berlin's two major airports (Schönefeld and Tegel).
